Randy Nelson's Expert Minnows Chesterton, Indiana Here's a very tough collection. "Expert" Minnows were first made in the early 1900 and made into the 1920 by three successive companys. Ken Hedmark's Collection of Pelican Lures Tower City, North Dakota Ken told me Pelicans Lures were made by the International Tackle Co of South Bend, IN (ca 1936) and that the black and red one is real tough. ITC also marketed these labeled as "Platypus" Lures. Thanks for sharing the picture and the information Ken...!!! Click on the picture to see a large image.
