Carl Schaum's Collection of Outing Mfg Co. Lures Madison, Indiana These are unique metal lures that look very similar to wooden ones and are very tough to find. They were made in Elkhart, Indiana of brass or bronze and are hollow. Heddon bought the company in 1927 but never manufactured the line of lures. Great Collection....!!! Thanks Carl...!!! Ron Hanley's Collection of A,L&W Lures Commerce, Georgia Allcock, Laight and Westwood located in Toronto, Canada was one of the oldest lure makers and made a large variety of lures over the years.
