The very best site on the web for a comprehensive reference for Heddon colors is Tom Jacomet's "Lure Lore". Click on "Heddon Codes". Then "Color ID Charts". It's here.

Robbie Pavey, Mr Lure Box, has a dynamite site for all sorts of information on lures and lure boxes and pictures of one of the world’s finest collections. It's here.


Dr. Mike Echols' new site about collecting the classics. Lots of excellect pictures of early Heddon lures as well as some of the "other companies" classics are displayed. You can also learn a lot while you're enjoying the pictures. The site is packed with information about the early lures and boxes and collecting in general. It's here.

Gabby Talkington's and Randy Beaman's AntiqueLures.com is packed with comprehensive information about early Lure Boxes, Underwater Minnows, and early Heddon and other baits. It is a huge site but with good navigation aids to make it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. It's one of the best lure reference sites on the web. It's here.

If you want real time information about what's happening in the Lure Collecting world Phil White's "Old Fishing Stuff" is where it's at. It's always being updated with all sorts of good data, from upcoming shows to ebay highlights and everything in between. I visit it at least once a month. It's here.

Here's another great site. Larry Nicholson has provided page after page of color information for all of the major companies. It's very professionally done. One of the best. It's here.
